For all of your life every since step you’ve taken has been under our watchful eyes.<\/div>\n
Despite our lack of answer at times your mom and I have poured ourselves into making you the little person you are today.<\/div>\n
Tomorrow you take your first steps on your own and start making a batch of memories that are yours and yours alone.<\/div>\n
I am tearing up as I write this and I am glad you are not here to see it.<\/div>\n
In the morning I will put on a happy confident face even though my heart is splitting inside. You deserve my strength and you will have it.<\/div>\n
Tomorrow your mother and I will hold each other for a few. Feeling every minute that you’re away.<\/div>\n
But upon your return each and every day our hugs and kisses will be as plentiful as our love for you.<\/div>\n
